Acquaintances and neighbours take notice: Especially since I’ve been working in IT Industry for years, 3 of them as Service Desk and Desktop Support Engineer, I know how troublesome, time-wasting, and expensive computer repairs can be - so keep in mind that I am *not* your free personal computer technician on your beck and call, especially if it’s for people I don’t know let alone like!!!

Mbak, we’ve known each other for quite some time, and so far you’ve been asking for simple tips/troubleshooting so I don’t mind - That day’s particular example was someone I’ve never met or known previously (I didn’t even know her name!) who casually asked me to have her computer cleaned up of a virus (which can be a very tough and time-consuming job)!
Heck, don’t people know corporates pay thousands of dollars per month for a security engineer?!
